Q: How do I get my stormwater problem on the list for work to be done?
 
A: You may call 826-2824 to report the problem. Someone will contact you regarding the problem and arrange a site inspection. If appropriate, the project will then be put on the list for future work.

WASTEWATER
 

Q: What do I do if I have a backup in my house from the wastewater collection (sewer) system?
 
A: First, call and report the backup to the Henderson Water Utility, System Operations Center at (270) 826-2824. A crew will be dispatched to your address to inspect the situation and provide the necessary assistance. If possible, call us before you call your plumber.  See the Sewer Backup Policy.
