HWU Offers a Sewer Credit for Filling a Swimming Pool

Henderson Water Utility will again offer a one-time-a-year sewer credit to customers for filling a swimming pool.

A sanitary sewer billing credit for filling a swimming pool will be granted on a case-by-case basis, and is limited to one billing credit per household per calendar year.

To apply for this one-time-a-year credit, customers may pick up a sewer credit application at the HWU System Operations Center, 230 N. Alvasia St., Henderson, Kentucky, between 7:00am and 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. Alternatively, customers can call (270) 826-2824 for an application to be mailed or faxed to them.
