HWU Offers a Sewer Credit for Filling a Swimming Pool

Henderson Water Utility will again offer a one-time-a-year sewer credit to customers for filling a swimming pool.

A sanitary sewer billing credit for filling a swimming pool will be granted on a case-by-case basis, and is limited to one billing credit per household per calendar year.

This credit is for residential accounts ONLY. Commercial, apartment complex and industrial accounts are not eligible.

To apply for this one-time-a-year credit, customers may pick up a sewer credit application at the HWU System Operations Center, 230 N. Alvasia St., Henderson, Kentucky, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Alternatively, customers can call (270) 826-2824 for an application to be mailed or faxed to them.
