The Information Systems Department at HWU is responsible for maintaining IT hardware, software, and infrastructure using the latest in technology to provide customers and employees with information to manage accounts and make informed decisions.

One key component of the Information Systems Department is our Asset Management System (AMS).  Details of our AMS are available on our Asset Management page.

Meeting technology needs and positioning the utility for future growth is the driving force for the department.  The department takes pride in maintaining long-term relationships with consultants and vendors to promote efficiency and minimize cost.
